Inanc, having 20 years of international experience in management consultancy, with an extensive and hybrid knowledge on strategy development, corporate and marketing communications, crisis management and cultural change, has the ability to deliver structural design without losing people’s side.

She has a proven track record on business development in complex circumstances also building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships at different organizational level.

Inanc believes that “Business Agility” can be achieved via a holistic approach: An organizational transformation without losing the Strategy-Structure-Culture axis helps to reveal the hidden potential of people / companies faster. Her purpose is to help individuals and organizations by combining her holistic experience with an Agile mindset, to create an inclusive environment and to thrive together for a faster adaptation to changing business realities.

She holds an MA degree in Cultural Management where her agile transformation projects are being inspired from. She is also co-creator of Agile People Manifesto.
