Bringing People into Focus in Agile Transformations



The article, written by our managing director Inanc Civaz has been published in HBR Turkey (Dec 2021).


In the light of our experience with dozens of transformation projects during the years, we experienced that for a company to adapt to the pace of change, three important pillars must be solid and clearly understood by the employees. These pillars are Strategy, Structure and Culture.

These pillars are not separate from each other; on the contrary, they are connected by beams.

The problem in the phase of change and transformation, these pillars are evaluated individually without considering their relationship with each other.

However, understanding tie rods with each other and especially their interactions with people, moves us forward towards a complementary Business Agility.
